Local Edibles List-It's never too chilly for Ice Cream

Hello! It's been far to long since I've done a Local Edibles post but, the weather has been still warm enough to talk about ice cream! I've eaten A LOT of ice cream this Summer and have compiled a grand list of Boston ice cream shops but, ones further a field too! So, without further ado, the Local Edibles List of Ice Cream:
Boston/Cambridge
-Toscanini's, Cambridge; the first place I ever encountered more adventurous flavors such as Tea and Biscuits, and Earl Grey
-FoMu, Boston; vegan ice cream with delicious seasonal flavors and they use local bakeries for ice cream sandwiches and mix-ins
-Honeycomb Creamery, Cambridge; lucky enough to work here part time! Seasonal flavors, vegan ice cream, very inventive and everything is homemade!
-Parlor Ice Cream, Boston; Jackie does pop-ups around the area and her ice cream is delicious and she doesn't shy away form a cool collaboration or two, and now she selling retail! Yay!
-JP Licks, Boston, Greater Boston;everyone's favorite...classic flavors, ice cream cakes, milkshakes, coffee roasters...they've been around for years and they keep growing
-Emack and Bolio's, Boston/Cambridge; small company with good ice cream, classic flavors and a wide array of toppings to make it fun
Western Mass
-Herrell's, Northampton; great homemade flavors, sauces and whipped cream and some charming bear mascots in the shop window
-Amherst Ice Cream (formerly known as Bart's); homemade flavors and sauces, ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes, a favorite of area college students
-Cindy's Drive-In, Granby; thirty-two (!!!) soft serve flavors, all the classic toppings, hot dogs, and a great family seating area out back. one of the places my family takes me on my Summer visits
-Flayvors of Cook Farm, Hadley; seasonal, fresh flavors made with milk from their own cows-it makes such a difference- and they can get adventurous (asparagus ice cream anyone?)
-Creamy D'Lights, Hadley; this small truck-like place serves up delicious custard style soft serve
-Maple Valley, Hadley; wide array of seasonal flavors and they sell retail too!
Elsie's Creamery at Randall's Farm, Ludlow; popular spot, open seasonally with a large menu, great original flavors and another spot my family takes me to when I visit in the Summer
-Roger's, Chicopee; classic soft serve and milkshakes that are worth the wait of a mid-Summer line!
Maine
-Big Daddy's, Wells; never, ever fail to go to this place on vacation. A lot of great New England style flavors (Grapenut Pudding? Yum!)
-Jake's, Ogunquit/Wells line; always a line, classic lineup of flavors, a fine finish to one's lobster roll
-Scoop Deck, Wells; Huge menu of flavors brings a large line but its worth the wait and the crew are so organized
It's never too chilly for this treat and it goes great with holiday pie too!
